Temporary staffing

Project peaks, ramp-ups, absences or fixed-term mandates: we provide qualified staff for complex engineering and service projects at short notice – electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, software engineers, project managers, welders and pipe fitters, safety engineers, technical and schedule planners, and project assistants. We handle the entire administration: permits, occupational pension (BVG), contracts and assignment documentation. avecco has held the staff leasing licence issued by SECO, Directorate of Labour, since 20 November 2019.

Consulting

work better before you add headcount

Not every gap is closed by hiring another person – often the leverage sits in how the work is done. We advise companies on agile project management with Scrum, work with established tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project, and as a UiPath Registered Partner we automate repetitive processes (robotic process automation). Add to that documentation management, plus data science and analytics for decisions grounded in data.

Engineering

When you need an outcome rather than a person, we take on the whole package – in planning, manufacturing and assembly. Our focus areas: energy efficiency, including variable-speed drives in plant engineering (motors with frequency converters); sustainability through the optimisation of resources, infrastructure and supply chains; investigation of pollutants and contaminants; development of clean-tech products; and product specifications, manufacturing, operating and maintenance documentation. Our core competencies lie in mechanical engineering as well as electrical and control engineering in power plant and vehicle construction.
